Had this for a little over a year and then it won™™t turn off. As soon as the door closes it starts. A microwave of this price point should last longer and the faulty sensor should be replaced free.

Why did this updated 2.0 cu.ft. model disable the simple power level change when oven is in countdown which the prior 2.0 model had? We loved the previous 2.0 model but had to get a smaller model because the new system is VERY inconvenient!

Owned this unit for a little over 2 yrs using it primarily to warm up coffee and leftovers. Today it started making a loud noise sounding llike it was going burst into flames. Other brands last around 10yrs.

Absolutely worth the price we paid! The interior space allows for opens to do more than just small things. We like the option of being able to turn the beeping noise off, that is a huge plus. Overall, very please with the microwave.

Looked at a lot of options before we bought this model. Had the largest turntable so there™™s a lot more room for various dishes. Easy settings for cooking, including fast settings. Works great. Very even cooking. Noise level when running is good. (It™™s very quiet when it isn™™t running!)
Dimensions are really good for the size of the interior.
Powerful - wattage is accurate. Good quick cooking.
Absolutely recommend this to my friends. A very happy customer.

This powerful microwave is larger than my previous one, but it is worth the lost countertop space! Food cooks evenly and the reheat function just knows exactly how to cook what I put in! The quick minutes of 1 through 6 are excessive.

My old unit burned up. It was not a GE. I have always had good luck with GE appliances. I love the performance and looks of this microwave. It is big enough and has enough power to cook larger dishes with ease. The rotating plate cooks my meals evenly and eliminates cold spots. So far I am really enjoying my GE microwave.

I love my replacement microwave. It it almost the same as the one which finally quit working after 9+ years. It fits perfectly in the wall unit without having to make adjustments. It's the perfect size and has all the bells and whistles I need.

I was told there was a trim package so I ordered it and waited months before I found out they didn't fit so I reordered and it was damaged so I ordered another one. It didn't fit then I was told it doesn't have a trim package.

i have owned this microwave oven for 10 years and it just died, so it lasted a good while! It has been so dependable and reliable. Never had any problems with it. When I found it on GE's website on clearance for almost 1/2 off MSRP, I decided to buy it again. Hopefully, it will last another 10 years!

This microwave replaced my previous GE microwave which lasted 14 years. Not bad. I am hoping this one will last just as long, but now adays it doesn't seem possible.
When we picked it up at Lowe's the packaging had signs of some damage, it was discounted by $60, out of the box I found a corner damaged a little, but we decided to go with it.

Was a 5, now a 1 unless I can get one to last more than 5 months. Has been great up til now, 5 months after purchase it stopped working?! Used it to cook something for my husband, worked great. Put something in for me right after never would heat. Used all microwave safe bowls, not sure what happened. Unplugged it with the hopes it would work the next day. Thought it would maybe reset cause that™™s what everyone tells us to do , called Lowe™™s where it was purchased, since it was under 1 year, they had me call GE, call center was closed. Hoping to get this resolved during operating hours this week?

Its good, but I have 2 complaints. First, the display is hard to read for an adult standing next to the unit, while making touch pad settings. The body shrouds the display so you have to bend over a good bit to read it, I'm 5-10. Second, the layout of the touch pad isn't very intuitive, IMHO. Besides that it works great and looks great.

Purchased one of these in 2016, worked perfectly fine until the food wheel stopped spinning due to user error (I used too much force during cleaning). Loved it so much, just recently purchased the exact same one to replace the old one. It is HUGE, good for large-sized meals. I find that doing 30 second intervals works better at warming more evenly than just doing minutes at a time. But it is not necessary to do it that way. Favorite microwave ever owned. Love GE brand, as I have a matching Gas Stove.

So far so good, but key pad buttons are a little had to push, I wish somebody would make a microven when you open the door to start cooking the key pad would light up so you could see in lower light
